My first blog posting ever -so it had to be you didn't it!

we miss you all LOADS and rachel's been worse than me - no hugs from the little one plus she's richardless so i'm copping more sarcasm than usual ( cheers mate)

Funny the other night - your flat is now occupied and for a moment we thought you had returned because a big booming laugh shuddered up through the carpet and we thought - "richards back'!

no so (un)lucky - just our new neighbours settling in with a few beers! Haven't met them yet - will say hello this weekend.

Will be short-lived though - WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who - hoo!

it all happened in a week - and thanks to my beautiful wife who was onto it quick as a flash - rachel will fill in the details soon - it needs work - but to get a semi of this size in mosman is very rare

sean our finance bloke reckons we now have to be careful we don't under capitalise on it - now that's rare!

anyway - i thought you should know now because more than anyone, you've been there thoughout the entire search - boy, am i glad its over

now for the hard part....paying the bastard off!
